The goals of a company or agency can be achieved if its employees can provide good and optimal performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance at the Regional Tax and Retribution UPTD of Bali Province in Gianyar Regency in a racial and simultaneous manner. The number of samples was determined as many as 61 respondents with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis.
