This study aims to know the Influence of Organizational Culture, Training, Career Development, Compensation and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Pratama Tax Office Klaten. The population in this study were the permanent employees of the finance department and the back office of the Pratama Tax Office in Klaten. With purposive sampling technique obtained a sample of 66 employees. Data was collected by questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
