This study aims to determine the impact of organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance in employees in the Surakarta region. The sample used in this study were 152 respondents, namely employees who were in Surakarta using a questionnaire to obtain data. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, which is the sampling method in which the researcher determines the sampling by determining specific characteristics in accordance with the research objectives.
