This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at Assalam Hypermarket Kartasura with job satisfaction as an intervention variable. The population and sample in this study were 125 employees of the Assalaam Hypermarket Kartasura. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Methods of data using a questionnaire and processed using analysis tools Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software.
