Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Pasuruan Regency. The sample used in this study were 35 employees. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the variables of Leadership Style, Compensation and Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and based on the results of a partial test (t test) the leadership style variable had a positive and significant effect on employe...
