The purpose of this research is to analysis the influence of compensation, leadership style and work environment toward employees performance at PT. TASPEN Surakarta. The sample of which is used in this research is employees at PT. TASPEN Surakarta with 33 respondents. Hypothesis examination in this research used SPSS program covering validity test, reliabilities test, classic assumption test, doubled linear regression, t test F test, and coefficient of determinacy (adjusted R2). Results of research partially indicate that there are (1) Compensation have not significant effect on employees performance.
