This study examines the style of leadership, work environment and compensation in PT. INDO CANDI PLAST Karanganyar. The purpose of this research is to examine and know (1) the influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance (2) the influence of Motivation on Employee Performance (3) Influence of Compensation on Employee Performance (4) influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Compensation simultaneously to Employee Performance.
