This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation and motivation on employee performance. The sample in this study were 226 respondents. The sampling technique is probability sampling and the number of respondents is determined using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used was SEM-PLS whose calculations were assisted by the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The evaluation analysis of the Partial Least Square (PLS) model is carried out by evaluating the outer model and evaluating the inner model.
