This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of leadership style, motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PDAM Purwa Tirta Dharma in Grobogan Central Java Province. There are 64 employees as sampling. The method that applied in this research is saturate sample. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linier methods using SPSS 22 program. The results of this study indicate that the style of leadership and motivation does not affect the performance of employees, while organizational commitment and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees
