This Study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, incentive, motivation, and job discipline on performance employees. This type of research in quantitative. The population in this study were 102 employees at Public Health Clinic Sukoharjo. The method of collecting samples in this study using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 20 program.
