This Study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, incentive, motivation, and job discipline on performance employees. This type of research in quantitative. The population in this study were 102 employees at Public Health Clinic Sukoharjo. The method of collecting samples in this study using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 20 program. The results of this study indicate that leadership style, organizational culture, and incentive have no effect on employee performance, while motivation and job discipline affects employee performac
