The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship, the influence of leadershipstyle, work motivation, and giving incentives to employee performance on SDMODevelopment Division PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Jakarta Raya. The sample in this studywere employees of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Jakarta Raya. The number of samples is 32people.
