Employee performance is the value of a series behaviors that contribute, both positively and negatively, to the achievement of goals in a company. This study attempts to examine the effect of work environment, motivation, and leadership style on employee performance in PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling. A survey method was used to get respondents from each employee in PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya. The data were collected using the online survey method. Data were analyzed using a statistical method, namely SEM-PLS.
