The study aims to understand the influence of leadership style, motivation, work environment, and work stress on employee performance. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees who worked in the BPPKAD Office of the Surakarta City Government Billing Sector. All variables in this study were measured by a Likert Scale. The method used in sampling is purposive sampling. The number of research samples is 50 respondents. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 21 by looking at the coefficient of determination, the value of F statistics and t statistics.
