This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, work discipline, work environment and job stress on employee performance. The research was conducted at the Office of Financial Services Authority (OJK) in Surakarta. Population in this study are all employees who work in the Office of Authority Service Kauangan (OJK) Surakarta. The number of samples in this study were 37 employees. Sample technique in this research is saturated sample technique. This research is a quantitative research and data analysis method using multiple linear regression.
