This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style on employee performance. To analyze compensation for employee performance. The population in this study were employees of the production division of PT. Marga Nusantara Jaya, while a sample of 50 respondents. The compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on performance, so that the second hypothesis is proven correct and the results of the F test analysis show that leadership style and compensation have a significant effect on performance.
