Pengaruh Servant Leadership, Disiplin Kerja, Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Balai Bahasa Provinsi Bali

The achievement of organizational goals cannot be separated from the performance in them. It is very important for every organization to maintain its performance in order to be stable and even increase. This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership, work discipline, and organizational culture on employee performance at the Bali Provincial Language Center Office. The entire population in this study will be involved in the study as a sample of 53 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that servant leadership, work discipline, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Bali Provincial Language Center Office partially and simultaneously. Suggestions in this study are to evaluate policies related to employee performance by looking at servant leadership factors, work discipline, and organizational culture
