Tuesday May 20, 1975 Presents Dr. Salah El Araby, Mr. Jess Duggan, Mr. Zaky Hanna, Mr. Robert Pippin (Chairman), Miss Aziza Rashad, Dr. Tim Sullivan, Dr. Arthur Wycoff. Absents Mr. Ahmed Ayoub, Mr. Nadim Elias, Dr. Orville Goulet, Dr. Cynthia Nelson, Dr. Adel Sulaiman. Guests Mr. Richard Dewey. Mr. Dewey discussed his project involving the compilation of a bibliography in card format of books and journal articles on the Middle East. The bibliography is subject oriented and will be maintained in the Library's Reference Department. In a continuation of the discussion concerning A.V. materials, Mr. Duggan announced that the materials suggested in the priority list and approved by the committee would be ordered from the Library's 1975/76 budget. Being the last meeting for this academic year, a word of thanks was presented to the Chairman. The meeting adjourned at 2s50pra.
