The following were present: Dr. Watson, Dr. McClenahan, Messrs. Cleland, McQuiston, Jeffery. Mr. Cleland opened the meeting with prayer. 617. MINUTES APPROVED The Minutes of previous meetings were approved. fift- FINANCE COMMITTEE The Chairman of the Finance Committee presented Minutes of its meetings of January 1st and 11th recording the transaction of routine business and recommending to Council* (1) That the pamphlet published by the Extension Division on "Reproduction in Animals, Plants and Man" be sold at P.T. 2 per copy. (2) That the budget for Students Hall operation for the current year be approved as submitted by the Bursar*s Office. Both recommendations were adopted. fi 19. CONTRACT WITH AMIR EFFENDI The Chairman presented a copy of a suggested contract with Amir Effendi which was approved for submission to him. 620. PROPERTY COMMITTEE The Chairman of the Property Committee presented Minutes of its meeting of December 15th reporting transaction of routine business concerning the property and servants of the institution. 621. CHILD iVELFARE CENTRE Mr. Cleland presented Minutes of meeting of January 5th of Administrative Committee on Child Welfare Centre with recommendations as follows: (1) T&at a maximum tuition charge for children in the School be fixed at P.T* 10 per month with all equipment supplied free. (2) Tha t accounts for the Clinic and School be kept by Mrs. Wandersail and Mrs* McQuiston respectively and reported monthly to the Director of the Extension Work.
