Part I: INTRODUCTION: Teachers College is happy to report a year which, while not out-standing in any way, has been reasonably successful in the things it has undertaken to do. A rapid readjustment of program was made necessary at the beginning of the school year, because of the difficult financial situation, but after the new program was inaugurated and the personalities involved had adjusted themselves to their new work, the year proceeded smoothly and in a cooperative fashion.
