The subject of this diploma thesis was studying of cultural differences between German and Czech culture within the cooperation and communication in two selected companies. The aim of the work was to find and describe the cultural differences that Czech workers encounter in cooperation and communication with German culture. On the basis of the results from the questionnaire survey describe whether the cultural differences coincide with the pre-selected model of Geert Hofstede cultural dimensions and by using the semi-structured interviews to indicate what problems the identified cultural differences pose.
