This diploma thesis deals with the topic of intercultural differences in the company Škoda Auto a. s. The topic of the work closely focused on the cultural differences between the Czech and the German employees, which arise in a manager-subordinate relationship. The aim was to find out whether the cultural differences between the Czechs and the Germans cause problems in the given company and to propose solutions for the identified problems. The first part of the thesis provided a theoretical basis for primary research (especially the definition of culture, cultural research and issues of intercultural management).
