Bachelor thesis is focused on diversity management with an emphasis on intercultural management. Furthermore, it is focused on the analysis of the current state of the diversity management in a particular company and developing suggestions to improve it. It deals with the perception of intercultural management of foreign workers from different countries. Data were obtained from qualitative interviews with employees of the company. The results arising from the interviews were further used for suggested recommendations
