German cultural standards

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze Czech perspective of German cultural standards. These standards are defined by both author's personal experiences and by interviews with persons who have had first-hand experience with German culture. Standards described in this thesis are supposed to understandably show key differences between Czech and German mentality. Advice and recommendations for effective dealing with German (or Czech respectively) culture on business, HR management or team cooperation level will also be provided in the thesis. Theoretical part should introduce and define following terms: national culture, social interaction, cultural standards, cultural dimensions, intercultural communication, and intercultural communication competence
