A pesar de que la prohibición de discriminación indirecta es un principio jurídico arraigado en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico, no se ha conseguido erradicar de nuestro sistema de relaciones laborales los efectos de este tipo de conductas que dificultan la consecución de una verdadera igualdad de oportunidades entre trabajadores y trabajadoras no solo en el mercado laboral sino en la sociedad en general.
