Changes in the business market have driven companies` to face constant challenges for improving competitiveness. It has required a high level of professionalism and skills from professional managers, whose decisions may quickly cause an impact over the companies` results they work for. These challenges could be even higher for family business, as they usually face difficulties in the succession process, with special concern for the role of inheritors and successors.
