Saturday afternoon concluded the most successful’ Wabasso Demonstration and Style ; -Show -that -has--ever been- held in the Store, It was held’ under ideal conditions - in our bright new room-upstairs. According to the'tickets 400 ladies attended the demonstrations and there were no duplications. The first, day .150 ladies were present and the door prizes-went to ’ Mrs, G. L, Gygi, Mrs,. Lee'Meldrum, Miss Marie Miller and Mrs, Jack Spring, The second day 230 ladies were present and the lucky ones were Mrs, Warren Harris, Miss Jean Low/Mrs. Victor Hillmer and Mrs. Clyde Bennett. A record crowd attended the.con­cluding day which was given .particularly -for-the Home-Economic Girls, -and-they were there in--full force. Prizes went to Mrs, Eldred.Hudson, Mrs, Lawrence Parkinson, Cardstofif Miss Jean Sabey, Miss Pauline Bridge and Miss Alice Bigelow, Cardston. A great deal of enthusiasm, was shown by all ladies-in the demonstration and espec­ially in the sewing contest, over thirty entries having been made.
