IMPLEMENTASI PELAKSANAAN ITIKAD BAIK PENJUAL KULINER YANG TIDAK MENCANTUMKAN INFORMASI HARGA TERKAIT PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM PEMBELI (Studi di Sentra Kuliner Kawasan Cokro Mastrip Kota Probolinggo)

With the issuance of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer protection, it is hoped that efforts to protect consumers in Indonesia, which have so far been considered less attention, can be considered more. thus the legal protection of the buyer regarding the rights of the buyer must be immediately implemented must also be balanced with interference or good initiative from the seller. This thesis research is specifically for sellers who do not have good intentions by not listing prices in running their businesses, which violate their obligations as sellers and h violates Article 7 letter a and b of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. the right and the legal awareness of the buyer (consumer) who is harmed by the seller who is not in good faith and what legal consequences caused by the seller who is not in good standing. This research included Socio Legal Research. Data collected by means of research on the location of research objects and interviews with related sources, then processed and analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The final conclusion of this study is that in the Culinary Center there are still many sellers who in their business activities do not include price information to take advantage of themselves so that consumer rights are ignored indirectly. Suggestions that the authors provide for this research are that the Department of Trade should conduct more socialization and also optimal supervision of the seller regarding the existing rules so that the seller in carrying out his business activities has good intentions and does not deceive the buyer
