Perlindungan Hak Konsumen Dalam Marketplace (Studi Atas Retur Pembelian Prespektif Khiyar Dalam Situs JD.ID)

This research aims to find out more about the protection of consumer rights in the marketplace which is now widely used by the public. Many phenomena occur in the marketplace on the JD.ID site where online buying and selling occurs where business actors take advantage of technology that is developing rapidly at this time. In addition, there are many phenomena that abuse online buying and selling to become targets for online fraud. In this study the author uses a qualitative method based on observations made by the author. In this study, the author wants to analyze the protection of consumer rights for purchased goods so that they can be used as evaluation material for related parties so as not to abuse online business.
