This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and leadership variables on employee performance (Case Study in Surakarta Employment BPJS). This study used a sample of 52 employee respondents with Saturated Sampling techniques. Data analysis method used is a multiple linear regression analysis test with the t test indicated that each independent variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, through the F test it is shown that the independent variables together positive and significant effect on employee performance. The last test with a determination test (R²) shows the results of the compensation and leadership variables have quite limited contributions in explaining employee performance, ...
