This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and job appraisals on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at PT Vastra Abadi Sejati Karanganyar. The sample used in this study were 140 employees who used a questionnaire to collect data. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling, namely getting a sample that is not planned, but by chance, that is, the subjects are available to the researcher when the data collection is carried out. The data analysis technique uses structural equation analysis (SEM) to produce validity, reliability, classic assumption tests using multicollinearity testing and hypothesis testing.
