This research was conducted to examine the effect of leadership, moralization, work environment and compensation on employee performance on PT. Gujati 59 Utama Sukoharjo. The population of the research was all employee of 405 staff and the samples of the research were 55 staff. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis used in the research is multiple linier regression analysis, t-test, F-test, coefficient determitaion test, and classical assumption.. The results showed that leadership, motivation, work environment and compensation affect employee performance
