This research aims to test the influence of motivation, work environment, and leadership towards employees ' performance at CV Laris Adi Sejati Kartasura. The population of this research is the employee of CV Laris Adi Sejati Kartasura Market and cashier. The sample withdrawal method used is the Purposive Sampling method, where the samples were obtained by 66 respondents, from the total number of employees as much as 192. The research variables consist of free variables that include motivation (X1), Work Environment (X2), and Leadership (X3) as well as employee performance (Y) as a bound variable.
