This thesis is commissioned by R-Tech Suspension Oy. The purpose of this thesis is to find out whether the company would benefit from more accurate job descriptions and to provide suggestions on how the company can use job descriptions to become more effective. The objectives of this thesis are to research related theory and the current situation in commissioning company, analyze the situation, and provide recommendations on how to develop job descriptions in the case company.
