High-performing employees are an important asset for companies. The typical way of doing recruiting focuses on company needs. A talent-centric recruitment method has emerged in the world of IT, since there are more jobs than potential employees. The method focuses on talent experience. The approach seems promising from the point of view of the Talented Solutions, the business context studied in this thesis. Anyhow, the method has still room for improvement.
