In a service oriented company, people are the most important resource. For the company to be successful the right people need to be assigned to projects. This thesis will focus on analyzing the project resourcing workflow for a highly dynamic and lean company. Based on the resourcing model further analysis is made on interesting problem areas. Possible solutions to alleviate problem areas are evaluated. The thesis focuses on finding solutions to improve how people with the correct competence are found using a competence database, and also how to track loaning resources between teams.
