IL-1β and IL-18 secretion in response to p60/L1S stimulation differs in B6 and 129S6 mice.

<p>BMDC from C57BL/6 and 129S6 mice were primed with 10 ng/ml LPS and treated with detoxified p60/L1S or alum. (<b>A</b>) Cellular lysates from C57BL/6 and 129S6 BMDCs at 8 h post-treatment with L1S or alum were probed with anti-casp11. (<b>B</b>) Cellular ROS levels were assessed 4 h post-treatment by measuring fluorescence of the ROS probe CM-H2DCFDA.
