<p>(<b>A–C</b>)BMDC were primed where indicated with 20 µg/ml PIC, then stimulated where indicated with detoxified p60 protein. For DPI treatment, 10 µM DPI was added 2 h after priming but 1 h prior to p60 stimulation. (<b>A</b>) Cellular ROS levels were assessed 4 h post-treatment by measuring fluorescence of the ROS probe CM-H2DCFDA.
