<p>(<b>A</b>) Representative confocal images of hippocampal neurons treated with Wnt 5A conditioned medium and 10 µM TGZ in the presence or absence of the JNK inhibitor SP600125 (SP, 100 nM) for 72 h. After treatment neurons were fixed and immunolabeled with anti-tau-1 and anti-p-JNK antibodies. Treatment with Wnt 5A and TGZ significantly increased axon growth. SP prevented axonal elongation induced by Wnt 5A and TGZ. Inhibition of JNK by SP prevented the increase of p-JNK level induced by Wnt 5A and TGZ, respectively.
