This study aimed to determine the effect Leadership Style Directive, Supportive, and Achievement Orientation on Employee Morale. The type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Total population in this study amounted to 78 people who are employees of BRI Branch Lamongan. The sampling technique used by the researcher is sampling random sampling technique. Analysis of the data used are descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis.
