Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Direktif, Suportif, Dan Orientasi Prestasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Lamongan)

This study aimed to determine the effect Leadership Style Directive, Supportive, and Achievement Orientation on Employee Morale. The type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Total population in this study amounted to 78 people who are employees of BRI Branch Lamongan. The sampling technique used by the researcher is sampling random sampling technique. Analysis of the data used are descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis. These results indicate that the independent variables simultaneously directive leadership style, supportive, orientation significantly influence the dependent variable is employee morale which can be seen from the value (sig) F <α is 0.000 <0.05 and Adjusted R Square value shows the number of 0.520 which means that these variables accounted for 52% of the employee morale. Partially, that can be seen from the results of the t test showed that the directive leadership style variable has a significance level of 0.745 <0.05. While supportive leadership style variable has a significance level of 0.829. Whereas achievement orientation leadership style variable has a significance level of 0.530. Based on these calculations, it can be concluded that the partial directive style of leadership be, supportive, and achievement orientation has a significant influence on employee morale. Meanwhile, the descriptive analysis shows that the style of leadership be directive, supportive, achievement orientation is at a strong rate, obtained strong employee morale as well
