Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja

The purpose of this research is to know influence of perception employees about leadership style, environment, compensation and motivation to statisfaction work employees. The method which used is descriptive verified with the approach expost facto and survey. Sampel selection use simple random sampling. The data collection was done by using quitioner. Data processed by linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result shows there is the influence of perception employees about leadership style, job environment, compensation and motivation of work to satisfaction work employees DAMRI the branch Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi karyawan tentang gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan, kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan expost facto dan survey. Penetapan sampel yaitu menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner. Data diolah dengan analisis regresi linear dan analisis regresi multipel. Hasil menunjukkan ada pengaruh persepsi karyawan tentang gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Perum DAMRI Cabang Lampung.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, lingkungan, motivas
