The research aims : (1) to explain daily work pattenrs of PT. Armada Finance???s employees, (2) to indentify, explain and understand the cultural value system which guide the work patterns in the company, and (3) to explain external social cultural factors influecing company???s cultural value.\ud The research was qualitaively descriftive reasearch using data collection method of observing participation, in-depth interview, and library study.
