This research aims to provide an overview of the organizational culture at the family business, which PT. SidoMuncul is selected as a research object. An analysis to the elements of the organizational culture include artifacts; values and beliefs; and underlying assumptions was done in order to describe the organizational culture at PT. SidoMuncul. This is a qualitative research using ethnographic approach. The technique of the data collection include observation; an interview with a guideline and in depth interview; and documentation.
