ANALISIS BUDAYA ORGANISASI PADA PT INDOLAKTO

This scientific work was made to understand the organizational culture that exists at PT Indolakto to broaden its horizons and apply it in the world of work. Viewed from the scope of the organization that can recognize employee behavior. In this study researchers used a data collection system through observation. Research on organizational culture has a positive influence on employees and often increases, so employees can apply well and achieve goals. The purpose of this research is to add work experience to the world of work and develop its own potential. The research was conducted from 12 February to 12 April 2020 with a time every Monday - Friday. Within approximately two months the research period took place. The research conducted was collecting employee data through observation. The research encountered obstacles during the course of the research, namely the data to be moved in Microsoft Word.
