Relación del clima y satisfacción laboral en una dependencia gubernamental

Public institutions in Mexico constitute the link between the state and society, and are the ones who execute the political, economic and social agreements; over the last decades, relevant interest has been shown in the study of human behavior within their work environment and the effect it has on the performance and productivity of the organization. This research was of quantitative type, of correlational descriptive scope and cross section; its general objective was to establish the relationship between climate and job satisfaction from the perspective of the workers of a government company in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz. The Labor Climate Scale (CL-SPC) and the Labor Satisfaction Scale (SL-SPC) instruments were applied, the total number of workers at all organizational levels. The results obtained indicate that for the variable work climate the supervision factor stood out; while for the job satisfaction variable, relationship with the authority was the best qualified; however, the general perception is moderately favorable for both constructs and its analysis proved that there is a relationship.Las instituciones públicas en México constituyen el enlace entre el estado y la sociedad, y son quienes ejecutan los acuerdos políticos, económicos y sociales; a lo largo de las últimas décadas se ha mostrado relevante interés en el estudio del comportamiento humano dentro de su entorno laboral y el efecto que tiene en el rendimiento y productividad de la organización. Esta investigación fue de tipo cuantitativo, de alcance descriptivo correlacional y corte transversal; tuvo como objetivo general establecer la relación existente entre el clima y la satisfacción laboral desde la perspectiva de los trabajadores de una empresa gubernamental de Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz Se aplicaron los instrumentos Escala de Clima Laboral (CL-SPC) y la Escala de Satisfacción Laboral (SL-SPC); al total de trabajadores en todos sus niveles organizacionales. Los resultados obtenidos indican que para la variable clima laboral destacó el factor supervisión; mientras que para la variable satisfacción laboral, relación con la autoridad fue el mejor calificado; sin embargo, la percepción general es medianamente favorable para ambos constructos y su análisis comprobó que si existe relación
