The objective of this research was to provide a perspective on the relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction of the staff of a higher education institution. The research was of an explanatory and descriptive type, with a mixed approach, applied to a finite population made up of forty-five collaborators. The survey technique was used and the questionnaire with the Likert scale was used as an instrument, aimed at identifying the existing correlation between the dimensions of analysis that support the organizational climate, such as: self-realization, labor involvement, supervision, communication and working conditions, linked as forces intrinsic motivation to dimensions related to job satisfaction such as: results o...
