This research presents the incidence that the organizational climate has on the job satisfaction of administrative workers of a middle level educational government institution located in Panama. The research is part of the non-experimental design, field and descriptive - evaluative level. The study population was fifty (50) and the sample of 35 administrative workers. For the collection of information, the model proposed by Chiang, Salazar and Núñez (2007) was used, who measure the organizational climate in seven dimensions: internal communication, recognition, interpersonal relationships at work, decision making, physical environment, commitment and adaptation.
