This research aims to know the correlation between Five factors personality towards CWB. The population in this research were the staffs of General Bureau of Governor Office Riau Province with total samples in the amount of 153 people. The technique of taking the samples in this research was Jenuh Sampling. Data collection was by using two scales; CWB scale and Five factors personality scale. Data were analyzed by using Rank Spearman statistic correlational analysis. The results show that out of five factors of personality, the personality which not contributes significantly towards CWB with effective contribution in the amount of 3.8%, meanwhile other personality factors do not have significant correlation towards CWB
