HUBUNGAN KONTROL DIRI DENGAN PERILAKU KERJA KONTRAPRODUKTIF (COUNTERPRODUCTIVE WORK BEHAVIOR) PADA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL

The current society has given a negative impression to civil servants because there are often cases related to deviant behavior by civil servants that can harm the organization and the people in it, this behavior is called counterproductive work behavior. Civil servants with good self-control can prevent counterproductive work behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Self-Control and Counterproductive Work Behavior in East Java civil servants totaling 230 people. This study uses a correlational quantitative approach with a sampling technique using accidental sampling. The subjects in this study were civil servants in East Java. The instruments in this study used the Brief Self-Control Scale and the Counterproductive Work Behavior Checklist. The data analysis method used is Pearson's product moment correlation.
