hubungan Self Control dengan Counterproductive work behavior

Employees are required to have good performance, but there are some employees who make a loss to the company or it can be called counterproductive work behavior. When individuals make decisions, self-control will play an important role when someone makes that decision. With the existence of counterproductive work behavior in employees, the research wants to see whether counterproductive work behavior has anything to do with self-control in employees. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between self control and counterproductive work behavior in employees. This study uses quantitative methods with 218 subjects with criteria aged from 18-60 years and gender is male and female. This study uses a scale of self control and counterproductive work behavior. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between self control and counterproductive work behavior
