The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of personality and work discipline on the performance of the employees of UKM Batik Tulis Banteng Batu. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The employee population is 42 people. the sample used is total sampling, the sample as a whole is less than 100. The type of research data is quantitative data and the data source is primary data. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The method of analysis is a scale range and multiple linear regression analysis.
